What time is the golf cart delivered/picked up?
Golf carts can be delivered or picked up typically between the hours of 9am to 6pm but may depend on the day and schedule with a minimum 24 hour rental. Just ask us for a time that works for you!
Can the golf carts be driven on the beach or off road?
No, our golf carts are only able to be driven on pavement. They are not able to be driven on the beach or off roads.
What happens if I damage the golf cart?
The $500 deductible taken at the time of rental will be applied towards cost of repairs additional charges may apply for damages exceeding $500. Damages may go through your own auto insurance company via a claims process.
When do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be released the same day the golf cart is collected and inspected for damages. Your bank or credit card company may take a few days to release funds back to your account.
Do you allow car seats in the golf carts?
No, car seats are strictly forbidden from being installed in the golf carts.
Where can I drive the golf cart?
Our golf carts are considered Low Speed Vehicles which are street legal and can be driven on any road where the posted speed limit is 35mph or less per Florida state law.
Can anyone drive the golf cart after I rent it?
No, only drivers age 24+ whose driver’s license and insurance has been verified by Neptune Carts at the time of rental and has signed the rental contract are able to drive.
Does Neptune Carts offer a damage waiver or liability coverage for renters?
No, renters will provide their own auto insurance at the time of rental and any claims will go through your own auto insurance.
